Our History
Our story was born from a deep desire to create a space amidst the fast-paced nature of modern life, a place where everyone can stop, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

MUDRA means "seal" or "energetic gesture," a symbol of deep connection between the physical and the subtle. We chose this name because it represents the essence of our mission: every class, every breath, and every movement on the Reformer are gestures that seal our intention to take care of ourselves from the inside out.
We are thrilled to witness men and women of all ages embarking on this journey, finding their inner strength and rediscovering calm through conscious movement.
