Cancellation Policy
Classes must be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. If you do not meet this deadline, MUDRA reserves the right to charge the full class fee with no refund or rescheduling. In the event of illness or injury, classes may be rescheduled upon presentation of a medical certificate justifying the absence, provided that notification is given within 12 hours of the scheduled class. Holidays: MUDRA will be closed during national and local holidays. Classes that coincide with these holidays will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you wish to attend your session, you may reschedule up to 12 hours in advance. No Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for unused individual classes, vouchers, or packages. In the event of class cancellations by the studio due to causes beyond the client's control, classes will be rescheduled at the convenience of the studio and the client, with no refund.
